What We Do

Excavation

Rock, roots, and uneven terrain decide how a project starts. We open the ground with machines matched to the site, dig to marked lines and depths, and haul spoil off so the next crew arrives to clean, workable dirt.

Land Grading

Ground that sheds water protects everything built on it. We shape slopes, swales, and pads so runoff leaves your structures instead of pooling against them, then finish the surface tight enough for paving, gravel, or seeding.

Construction Site Preparation

Before framing starts, the site has to be reachable, level, and legal. We clear, stake, cut pads, build access and staging areas, and set erosion controls so your builder walks onto a job that is genuinely ready.

Land Clearing

Overgrown parcels hide usable acreage and feed wildfire. We remove brush, saplings, stumps, and dead fuel, open defensible space around structures, and haul or chip the debris, leaving ground you can build on, graze, or simply walk.

Earthmoving and Regrading

Some jobs need volume. We move bulk material, balance cut against fill to cut hauling costs, and reshape failed or awkward terrain into slopes that hold, drain, and fit the way you want to use the land.

Foundation Excavation

Concrete is only as good as what sits beneath it. We dig footings, stem walls, and slab subgrades to engineered dimensions, remove rock that would stall a pour, and hand off ground your foundation crew can form immediately.

Trench Digging

Water, power, sewer, propane, and drainage all travel underground. We locate existing lines first, then cut clean trenches at the depth each utility requires, keeping walls safe and runs straight enough to find again years later.

Backfilling and Soil Compaction

An open trench is half the job. We return material in measured lifts, compact each one to specification, and leave backfilled ground that carries load without sinking, cracking pavement, or opening a channel for water.

Pond Excavation

A pond that leaks is just a hole. We evaluate soil, shape the basin with proper depth and side slopes, build the core and berm from material that seals, and add a spillway that handles heavy runoff.

Snow Removal

Winter storms strand mountain properties fast. We plow driveways, private roads, and commercial lots, haul or relocate piled snow, and spread traction material so you, your deliveries, and emergency vehicles can move when the weather turns.
